Body Cleansing Methods

Internal Cleaning Methods

The skin is an organ for elimination of poisons. It reflects the energy of the lungs. Since the lungs and large intestine are paired energetically, the skin also reflects the health and cleanliness of the large intestine. A clean colon results in clear skin. Skin eruptions are the body's attempt to eliminate poisons not taken care by the lungs and the large intestine. Not only the skin needs cleaning, but also the energy field or aura. Therefore, different baths and showers are introduced as follows for cleaning the body.

Dry Brushing.

A natural fiber skin brush or loofah brush gently the skin surface. It removes dead skin and stimulates blood circulation. Brush towards the direction of the colon area.

Hot and Cold Shower.

An invigorating shower stimulating the circulation and increasing resistance to cold weather. Hot shower first for 2 to 3 minutes, followed by 30 seconds of cold shower. To keep body heat, keep palms under the armpit and stay in motion to keep warm. Then turn the water back to hot for another 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat the hot and cold cycle a total of three times.

Aura Cleaning Shower.

The dirt clinging onto energy fields are as noticeable. They are usually negative emotions such as anger, fear, anxiety etc. Colour visualization can be used to clean them. While taking the shower, visualize water as the colour turquoise and cleaning all the dirt from the aura.

Vinegar Bath.

Also good for cleaning the aura. Add one cup of apple cider vinegar to half a tub of hot water. Soak for twenty minutes.

Epsom Salt Bath.

Soak in a tub of water where three to four pounds of Epsom salt has been added for 30 minutes. This is good to pull out toxins from the skin. Epsom salt was reputed to have magical healing properties. Epsom salt is primarily magnesium sulfate and has been used medicinally in Europe for more than three hundred years. The heat of an Epsom salt bath can increase circulation and reduce the swelling of arthritis, and the magnesium can be absorbed through the skin. Magnesium is one of the most important minerals in the body, participating in at least 300 enzyme systems. Magnesium has both anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic properties.

Sea Salt and Baking Soda Bath.

This combination is recommended to remove radiation from the body. Good to do after a flight or radiation treatment. Soak in a tub of hot water with one pound of sea salt and one pound of baking soda for twenty minutes. For those who had radiation treatment, repeat once a week for several months.

Walking Barefoot.

Walk barefooted for ten to twenty minutes help one to discharge negative energy, especially those who works in the highly charged electricity enviroment.

Internal Cleansing Methods

Colon is the main organ of elimination. A diet of mostly cooked food causes the colon to accumulate waste products. To keep the colon healthy and clean, eating plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables and exercise are essential.

Bentonite Clay

A white powder from volcanic eruptions and has extremely absorptive power.

Make a solution of it by adding clay to water and not the reverse. The proportion is about one ounce to one cup of water. Store in a jar. Mix one Tbsp of suspension and mix in a glass of water and take first thing in the morning. Take another one Tbsp. Straight in the evening at dinner. Do this for 2 to 3 weeks. This can be repeated every year or every few years.

Liver Flush

Recommended by Jack Schwartz

½ cup warm water

1 tsp olive oil

1 lemon, juiced

A dash of cayenne pepper

1 tbsp molasses

Mix the above together and drink it first thing in the morning. Continue for ten days.

Gallstone Flush

Start by taking 4 to 5 apples or one quart of apple juice per day for 5 days. Eat a normal healthy diet with little oil. On the sixth day, stop eating after lunch. At 6 pm, take one tsp. of Epsom salt in a glass of warm water. At 8 pm repeat the same.

At 10 pm mix ½ cup of lemon juice with ½ cup of olive oil and drink. On the seventh day, look out for green colour stones in the stool. This procedure can be repeated again in a few months. Generally, it can be used once a year.

Kidney Stone Flush

Eat 12 lemons every day (could be diluted or sweetened) for 5 days.

It could be quite painful when the stones come out. Alternatively, eat fewer lemons a day, but spread over more days. The citric acid dissolves the calcium deposit slowly.

It will pass out through the urinary tract like sand.

Fasting

It is beneficial to give the digestive tract a rest from time to time and take only water. It allows stagnant waste matters to flush out of the body. It is recommended to use spring, filtered or distilled water for fasting. Duration of one to three days can be done by almost anyone. For longer fasts, it has to be supervised by experienced personnel. Juice fast is also recommended. Example, using carrots or watermelon juice.

The followings are recommended to prevent constipation:

Prune juice:

Natural laxative, rich in minerals, especially phosphorus and potassium.

Flaxseeds:

High in calcium, iron, niacin, phosphorus and vitamin E.A rich source of Omega—3 fatty acids. It is high in bulk fibre and has a laxative effect. Taken as a tea or sprinkle on salads and cooked vegetables. To make a tea, simmer in low heat one teaspoon of flaxseed with a cup of water. A gluten texture tea is formed. Add two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and a little molasses.

Psyllium Husks:

A teaspoon of psyllium husk can be taken with herbal tea or apple cider vinegar to improve bowel movement. When taken, it soaks up the poisons and toxins in the digestive system and carries them out of the body. It is able to absorb 17 times its own weight of liquid. In the colon, it naturally increases the bulkiness of the stool and improves the environment for the growth of friendly colonic bacteria which removes cholesterol from the digestive system. When used faithfully, it can help to reduce blood cholesterol levels.
