Radiant Organic Unbleached Plain Flour
Produced by roller milling the whole wheat grain and sieving off of the bran. This is a strong flour that retains a substantial proportion of wheat’s nutrients, although some of the dietary fiber is lost by removing the bran. Made from a hard wheat variety. It has a stronger texture than other white flours. Traditional stone-milled flours generate minimal heat causing less damage to grain enzymes. Refrigeration storage is recommended for retaining freshness.

- Delivery fee for each purchase will be determined by the weight and delivery destination based on the delivery rate and to be paid by the recipient.
