T&C SEMARAK RA-DIANT CAMPAIGN
1. The Sampul Raya Campaign is valid from 1/3/25 to 30/4/25. Entries received after this period will not be accepted.
2. Only one entry per receipt is allowed. Multiple entries are allowed for multiple receipts.
3. Prizes include Mac Lipstick, Perfume, L'Occitane Gift Set, and TNG Reload Credits, Smart Watch. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and may be substituted with an item of equal value if necessary.

5. Winners will be contacted by email or phone.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct for prize shipping.
6. For prize delivery, we will ship it to your home within 7-14 days from the redemption date.
7. TNG winners, we will send the TNG reload PIN code via WhatsApp from this number: 6012-9199830. You will receive your TNG reload within 7-14 days.
8. Personal information will only be used for prize redemption and to verify entries. Radiant will not share this information with third parties, except as required for prize delivery.
9. Participants are responsible for ensuring their receipts are clear and legible. Invalid or unreadable receipts will not be accepted.
10. Radiant reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to participants, where possible.
11. Radiant is not responsible for any issues including delays or technical problems.
12. Radiant reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity, such as using fake receipts or duplicate entries.
13.By entering the campaign, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and give permission for their name and photo to be used for promotional purposes without further compensation.
