Organic Rata Honey has plenty of polyphenols which is the “oral sunblock” and antioxidants to neutralize harmful free radicals that are linked to cancer, diabetes and heart disease. Organic Kanuka Honey has the highest AGP’s (Arabinogalactans) content compared to other NZ honey. Organic Kanuka Honey also stimulates TNF-a (an immune factor involved in the healing process) and optimizes anti-inflammatory properties such as acne, eczema and rosacea.
