Happiness Noodle
Recipe courtesy from Ms Lee Yen from Samaria Organic, Terengganu, using Radiant Happiness Noodles for a healthy vegetarian meal.
Ingredients:
Radiant Happiness Noodle 500g
Lettuce, Shredded
Carrot, Shredded
Red cabbage, Shredded
Dried tofu, Shredded
Green onion, Shredded
Mushroom, Shredded
Ginger paste & garlic paste
(A)
1. Boil Happiness noodle.
2. Drain and toss with little extra virgin olive oil, sesame oil, shoyu.
(B)
1. Stir-fry ginger paste, garlic paste with sesame oil before add mushroom.
2. Add black soy sauce, shoyu and white pepper powder to enhance the taste.
Mix A, B, shredded vegetables, cooked dried tofu and enjoy the tasty noodle!
材料:
喜悦面条
生菜,切丝
胡萝卜,切丝
紫包菜,切丝
回春水豆干,切条备用
青葱,切小段备用
香菇泡好,切丝备用
姜蓉蒜蓉
1)“喜悦面条”煮好,沥干水分,以少许橄榄油、麻油和酱清拌匀(A)
2)以麻油炒香姜蓉蒜蓉,再加入香菇丝炒香,以黑豆油膏、酱清、胡椒粉调味(B)
3)在一个大盘子里,均匀地拌好A,B 与所有切好备用的蔬菜丝与豆干。
