Multi-grain Perfect Porridge

Ease your tummy with Mutigrain porridge!
Naturally gluten-free, full of protein, packed with fibre, this mutigrain also improves heart health and helps keep you regular.


INGREDIENTS
2 Chicken carcass & breast meat
8 Cups water
1 Cup perfect porridge
1/2 cup tri colour quinoa

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Chicken stock : Boil for 2 hours on stovetop or 30 minutes in pressure cooker. Discard carcass, remove breast meat and keep aside to cool.
  • Porridge : Combine perfect porridge and tri colour quinoa into the freshly made chicken stock to cook. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve : Top with shredded chicken breast. (May sprinkle barley or wheat leaf powder for added goodness!
