This Banana Pineapple Ginger Smoothie is a light and refreshing treat! Filled with nutrients from the fruit, ginger and packed with protein, this smoothie is loaded with fiber and protein that will help keep you feeling full and satisfied.
INGREDIENTS
1/4 Pineapple
2 bananas
2 TBSP Soy Protein
2 slices of ginger
300ml water
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Blend all ingredients together - so simple and quick!
