3 Classic Tong Sui Dessert
If you have a sweet tooth , this 3 classic tong sui definitely suit you and your family! A healthier option when you can't resist a sweet dessert.
1. Mung Bean Sweet Potato
INGREDIENTS:
100g Mung Beans
250g Sweet Potato
5pcs Pandan Leaves
1L Water
INSTRUCTION:
- Add soaked mung beans and water into pot
- Add in pandan leaves
- Boil 15 minutes on bean mode / 45 minutes on stove
- Remove pandan leaves from the pot
- Add in sweet potatoes and coconut palm sugar stir it well
- Boil for another 10minutes until sweet potatoes is soften
2. Pumpkin Barley
INGREDIENTS:
250g pumpkin
100g barley
50g molasses sugar
3pcs pandan leaves
1L water
INSTRUCTION:
- Cook and blend pumpkin into paste
- Add barley ,water , blended pumpkin pastecand mix well
- Follow by pandan leaves
- Boil 15 minutes on bean mode / 45 minutes on stove
- Add in coconut palm sugar and mix it well
3. Red Bean Black Rice
INGREDIENTS:
100g black rice
100g red bean
80g molasses sugar
Few pandan leaves
1L water
INSTRUCTION :
- Soak black rice & red bean
- Transfer to pot and add water follow by pandan leaves
- Boil 15 minutes on bean mode / 45 minutes on stove
- Add in molasses sugar and mix well
