3 Classic Tong Sui Dessert

3 Classic Tong Sui Dessert 

If you have a sweet tooth , this 3 classic tong sui definitely suit you and your family! A healthier option when you can't resist a sweet dessert.

 


1. Mung Bean Sweet Potato

 
INGREDIENTS:

100g Mung Beans 

50g Coconut Palm Sugar

250g Sweet Potato 

5pcs Pandan Leaves 

1L Water 

INSTRUCTION:

  • Add soaked mung beans and water into pot
  • Add in pandan leaves  
  • Boil 15 minutes on bean mode / 45 minutes on stove 
  • Remove pandan leaves from the pot 
  • Add in sweet potatoes and coconut palm sugar stir it well
  • Boil for another 10minutes until sweet potatoes is soften 
     

2. Pumpkin Barley

INGREDIENTS: 

250g pumpkin 

100g barley 

50g molasses sugar 

3pcs pandan leaves 

1L water 

INSTRUCTION: 

  • Cook and blend pumpkin into paste 
  • Add barley ,water , blended pumpkin pastecand  mix well 
  • Follow by pandan leaves 
  • Boil 15 minutes on bean mode / 45 minutes on stove 
  • Add in coconut palm sugar and mix it well


3. Red Bean Black Rice

INGREDIENTS: 

100g black rice 

100g red bean 

80g molasses sugar

Few pandan leaves

1L water 

INSTRUCTION :

  • Soak black rice & red bean 
  • Transfer to pot and add water follow by pandan leaves 
  • Boil 15 minutes on bean mode / 45 minutes on stove
  • Add in molasses sugar and mix well
